Who I Am !

Samuel Derkatch grew up in Churchbridge Saskatchewan, Canada. At the age of nineteen he began his journey into the realm of photography, taking disposable cameras into the back country and capturing seen’s of forgotten settlements, homesteads and resting places of decedents from the pioneer age.

It wasn’t until he was twenty-one that his hobbie became a large part in his life. With the coming of the digital camera, Samuel like many other photographers began a new path into the world of photography.
